10 Adorable Little Kids Who Are Definitely Smarter Than You

If you have kids of your own, you know how bright they can get at a very early age. It's almost shocking to watch them grow up before your eyes.

But these talented kids are smarter than most, and they're willing to prove it with some impressive feats of mental strength that will put most adults to shame. See if you can keep up with these 10 pint-sized Einsteins:

1. Nate Seltzer - Geography Expert

Ellen surprised Nate with a new car.Healthy Mummy

This 5-year-old whiz kid impressed Ellen with his knowledge of American states and world capitals. Seltzer isn't even in kindergarten yet, but he's already memorized the countries of the world and their flags.

Think you're smarter? Name the capital of Belize (without Googling it).

2. Shrinihi Prakash - Child Genius

It's one thing to say you're a genius, but 12-year-old Shrinihi has the skills to back it up. She won the TV show Child Genius, showing she's mastered everything from trivia and math to spelling. But of course nobody's perfect. While Shrinihi is a world champion Scrabble player, she has trouble tying her shoes.

Think you're smarter? Try doing a 4-part equation in your head, without a calculator.

3. Brielle Milla - Junior Chemist

Little Brielle was just 3 years old when she made her first appearance on Ellen, where she proved she has memorized the periodic table of elements. Since then she's been back to give the host lessons on biology and human anatomy. Not bad for someone who just learned to walk a few years ago!

Think you're smarter? Which bone is the scapula?

Who could be smarter than that? How about a dinosaur expert who's still in grade school...

4. Riley Chandler - Paleontologist In Training

Some little kids are obsessed with these scaly creatures, but Riley Chandler lives and breathes dinosaurs and fossils. Since his appearance on Ellen, Chandler has been hosting his own YouTube show where he teaches the world about different kinds of dinosaurs.

Think you're smarter? Explain the difference between a diplodocus and a brontosaurus.

5. Akash Vukoti - Spelling Bee Champ

The 7-year-old spelling master from Texas was the 1st-ever 1st grader to qualify for the Scripps National Spelling Bee, so it's safe to say Steve Harvey was out of his league when he challenged this tiny genius to a spelling competition.

Think you're smarter? Spell pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis from memory.

6. Luis Esquivel Jr. - Math Master

At first this tiny 5-year-old's talent doesn't seem so impressive, but by the time Steve Harvey has to use a calculator to keep up with him you will appreciate just how smart Luis really is. As if his math skills weren't enough, he's also memorized the periodic table.

Think you're smarter? Let's be real, Luis is smarter.

7. Macey Hensley - Presidential Expert

Honestly, working backwards from President Trump how many U.S. presidents can you remember? Little Macey Hensley memorized them all by the time she was 5,  and her appearances on Ellen included a face-to-face introduction to one - President Barack Obama.

Think you're smarter? She's memorized the Vice Presidents and the First Ladies too, so there's no chance.

How many planets can you name? If you said less than 8, Marshall Kimber will put you to shame.

8. Marshall Kimber - Space Ace

He didn't do perfect on Ellen's quiz, but this 5-year-old still knows as much about outer space as most astronauts do. Be honest, when you were 5 did you still think the moon was made of cheese?

Think you're smarter? How many moons does Jupiter have?

9. Alexis Martin - Mini MENSA Member

MENSA is one of the world's most exclusive clubs: to get in, you need a genius-level IQ. At age 3, Martin became the youngest person from Arizona to join, with an IQ score adjusted for her age at 160 (an average score is between 90 and 110).

Think you're smarter? She was reading by age 2, so you probably aren't.

10. Jacob L. Barnett - Young Einstein

With a higher IQ than the real Einstein, Jacob was a difficult child who briefly stopped talking entirely. It turns out Barnett just has autism, which may explain his incredible math skills. Jacob enrolled in university at age 12, has created groundbreaking physics equations and was recently accepted to a graduate program (at age 15).

Think you're smarter? Yeah right.
