Dr. Seuss is one of the most widely-loved children's book authors of all time. But, before he was beloved by children everywhere, he created advertisements and editorial comics as Theodor Seuss Geisel.

You'll recognize some classic Dr. Seuss characters in his earliest advertisements, many of which appear in political satire and the bug spray Flit.
