Ingredients:

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine-grain sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cups regular milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, chocolate chips to top

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Add your oats to a bowl and stir in the salt and baking powder.

Pour the milk in along with the melted butter.

Beat your egg lightly before adding it into the mix.
