You may know this famous Baldwin from early hit movies like Beetlejuice and The Hunt for Red October.

Alec Baldwin, the eldest of the four Baldwin brothers, gained recognition as an actor in the late '70s and has continued to be a successful TV star ever since.

What many love about Alec is that he's a great actor who can play both serious and comedic roles. He had great success on 30 Rock, a satirical sitcom that ran on NBC, and Saturday Night Live, where he impersonates President Donald Trump.

He's won three Emmy awards in total so far. He's won outstanding lead actor in a comedy series in 2008 and 2009 for 30 Rock, and outstanding supporting actor in a comedy series in 2017 for SNL, clearly for his role as Trump.

MSNBC gave Alec a late-night talk show in late 2013. Alec had discussions with various guests about current events, politics, and the arts.

"I'm going to do it for a year, and then we'll see what happens," Alec said in an interview with The Daily Beast.

However, Up Late with Alec Baldwin lasted for only five episodes after he received criticism for allegedly using an anti-gay slur while talking to a reporter. Alec released an apology, but still denied the specific wording of the insult.

Now this award-winning actor may be getting another chance at becoming a TV talk show host.

If you love Alec's WNYC radio interview show and podcast, you'll be excited to hear that it may turn into a TV show for ABC.

Alec currently is the host of Match Game and still appears on SNL as Trump (who else could do such an awesome impersonation), so Here's The Thing With Alec Baldwin will be his new exciting project.

If you're not familiar with the radio show, Alec interviews various guests, whether it be politicians, athletes, or movie stars, and sparks an interesting conversation with his interviewee.

According to Fox News, a source has confirmed that he will begin to tape episodes in New York next week.
