This Almond Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie is a great way to start the day and make sure you're getting going with a boost of energy - it even works as a pre- or post-workout snack. Between all the fruits, nuts and soy milk, you can be sure you'll be feeling satisfied and ready to tackle anything that comes your way!

  • 4 large strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 3 ounces soy yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 12 raw almonds
  • 3 ice cubes
