22-year old Aly Raisman is a 3-time Olympic medalist, 4-time World Championship medalist, and an 8-time Pacific Rim medalist. 7 of those medals are gold. She began gymnastics when she was two-years old and has been steadily rising ever since.
Look at her. She's the picture of confidence.
But I guess even when your daughter is an Olympic champion, nothing can stop your nerves from getting the best of you. During the London 2012 Olympics, Raisman's parents, Lynn and Rick, made headlines after a video surfaced of them in the crowd watching her perform. Watching them squirm might be more entertaining than Aly's routine (sorry, Aly). I was actually worried for her mom's well-being at one point.
Raisman ended up winning a gold medal in that routine, so I guess the worrying paid off.
Cut to Rio 2016, and her parents are still losing their MINDS.
Their recent reaction has caused a lot of buzz in the Twitterverse. Here are some of our favorites:

Aly goes for another medal in the Women's Team All-Around Finals today. Someone get her parents a portable defibrillator STAT.
