The Boston Red Sox were celebrating Disability Awareness Day, so they invited a young man with Autism to sing the national anthem before their baseball game.
The young man starts off strong, but then inexplicably gets the giggles and starts to forget the words. Maybe it was nerves, but he was unable to continue.
The crowd giggled with him at first, but when they realized he was truly struggling, they stepped up and did something incredible.
It started with a few voices and spread throughout the whole stadium.
Check out the video to see the incredible crowd reaction. The whole video gave me goosebumps. It's one of the most touching renditions of the Star Spangled Banner I've ever heard, that's for sure.
