Bake Up Your Own S'mores Doughnuts At Home

This summer, bake up your own doughnuts at home with these deceptively easy S'mores Doughnuts. With the cakey texture in the doughnut itself, the fluffy marshmallow topping gives a nice creamy contrast that will remind you of your traditional go-to camping dessert.

Your sweet tooth won't be able to get enough of this classic marshmallow, chocolate and graham cookie combo - you can even try swapping out other toppings like Oreo cookie crumbs rather than graham.

Ingredients:

For the doughnuts:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

For the icing:

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until doughnuts spring back when touched. Let cool completely on a wire rack.

For the frosting, place marshmallow fluff in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in microwave until melted and smooth, about 40 seconds. Be careful not to let marshmallow puff over the sides of the bowl when heated.

Place graham cracker crumbs in a shallow dish.

Shared Food

Dip one flat side of each doughnut into marshmallow fluff or use a butter knife to carefully top the doughnuts. Place doughnuts on a cooling rack on top of a plate or towel to catch drips. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
