During a live-feed of the sea floor, scientists stumbled upon what could quite possibly be the cutest sea creature to ever exist.
The scientists were discussing something science-y (irrelevant) when one piped up saying, "Can I just step in for a second? This is almost like a posed picture."
A jellyfish floated across the screen, just above a tiny dumbo octopus.
"Do we want one more zoom on the dumbo before we take off?"
OBVIOUSLY WE WANT A ZOOM ON THIS TINY SEA LEMON. HE HAS EARS!
The scientists' voices transformed into what can only be described as a kid on Christmas. "OH HELLO THERE LITTLE FELLA!" -- real quote from a real scientist. As they were talking about this dumbo, he must have gotten a little self-conscious because the octopus started to cover himself up in his own tentacles. Cute AND modest.
Finally, it was time to let the lil' lemon sit in peace. And also, the scientists needed to get back to work. Luckily for us, we can watch the footage of the dumbo octopus over and over.
