Hot and cold foods have been separated for too long! Let's start with fries, they always need a dip and usually it's either ketchup or mayo. Why not both? And why not ice cream!?
Stay with me here, it's not as weird as it seems! Ketchup and mayo ice cream is fry revolution! With one dip you will be hooked! Creamy mayo and punchy ketchup brought together by ice cream and yes it's actually really good!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
- Whip cream until stiff. Fold in ketchup and vanilla.
- Beat eggs, mayo and sugar until thick. Fold into whipped cream mixture. Pour into loaf pan. Freeze for 2 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with more ketchup.
