- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 cup cubed Cheddar
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Press your biscuits into a greased muffin tray so they make little cups.
In a skillet, cook your ground beef. Mix in your ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Scoop about 1 tbsp of beef into the biscuit cups.
Bake the cups for 10 minutes. Pull out the tray and add three cubes of cheddar cheese on top of each.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes so the cheese can melt and then serve!
