These bite-sized Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Bombs are so addictive, you won't be able to stop eating them! They are so very easy to make and take such a short amount time to make they are perfect whether you need a quick appetizer for a party or just a yummy snack for yourself!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 3 tablespoons buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 can Pillsbury biscuits
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 5 ounces mozzarella cheese cut into 10 cubes
  • Canola oil for deep frying

Directions:

In a large saucepan heat about 2 inches of oil to 375 degrees.

Start by adding the shredded chicken to a bowl with the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Toss until all the chicken is coated.

Slice your bacon strip in half and flatten a biscuit.

Load about 1 teaspoon of chicken into the biscuit and top it with a cube of cheese.

Place the bombs in the oil and let them fry for about 4 to 5 minutes until the biscuit is golden brown. Strain them and let them drain on paper towels.
