Colbert Takes One Sip Of This Drink, Instantly Regrets His Actions

Unless you've been living under a rock then you've surely seen or maybe even tasted the Starbucks Unicorn Frappuccino.

The coffee chain jumped on the unicorn trend bandwagon when it launched the magical pink drink last week. Although the color-shifting frappuccino is available for a limited-time only, it has already stirred a range of reactions from people everywhere.

As with most fad foods, there are some people who love it and some who hate it. In fact, one person thinks it tastes like "Sugary Affront to God."

That person is Stephen Colbert.

The comedian tried the Unicorn Frappuccino on Friday's Late Show and took issue with many aspects of the drink including its name and ingredients.

"I have no idea how many unicorns they're grinding up for these things, but I'm guessing PETA is furious," he said.

"It's made with a sweet dusting of pink powder, mango syrup and blue powder topping. That's your four food groups right there; mango, pink, blue and obviously topping,." he joked.

In true Colbert fashion, he waited until the end of his rant to take a sip of the concoction and his reaction was priceless. He may not be a fan of the mythical-creature-inspired frappuccino but he admits that Starbuck's deserves a kudos for creating a drink that's "made to be instagrammed." He definitely got that right.

The Unicorn Frappuccino is no longer available so your chance to try it is gone but you can watch the funny taste test below and live vicariously through Colbert.
