- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups dried apricots
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups shallots
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups apple cider
- Crackers, for serving
- Cheese, for serving, optional
Sweat shallots in a saucepan on medium heat.
Add all wet ingredients and reduce.
Add cranberries and apricots and cook until tender.
Serve immediately with crackers and cheese, if desired.
