'Desperate Housewives' Star Madison De La Garza Is Now Unrecognizable

For four years, from 2008 to 2012, child actress Madison De La Garza starred on the hit comedy-drama show Desperate Housewives alongside A-listers like Eva Longoria, Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman and Marcia Cross.

Madison, who played Longoria's daughter, Juaita Solis, was only six-years-old when she landed the recurring role, but her acting chops were so impressive that she was billed as a regular in the eighth season.

Madison also simultaenously made appearances on other shows and films, including Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream, Sonny with a Chance and Princess Protection Program.

But despite her impressive skills, the young actress was subjected to a lot of criticism and cyber bullying for her appearance.

The actress, whose sister is singer Demi Lovato, explained in an interview that while the negative comments are hurtful, "it helps when Demi stands up for me online, too."

"For example, last year I got a ton of negative comments after I posted a Vine on Twitter where I was cooking with Demi. People made fun of me, saying I had a hunchback," Madison told Seventeen Magazine. "Demi freaked and direct-messaged people to yell at them, and she tweeted at her followers to stand up for me. Sometimes I wish she wouldn't give people attention "” I've learned not to "” but when people hate on me, she can't really hold back. She's strong and she's a free spirit, and that's what I love about her."

Today, Madison is no longer that little girl from Desperate Housewives. She is now 15 years old and has added many more acting credits to her resume.

Madison has ditched the adorable little girl look that she was known for and completely transformed into a gorgeous young woman.

In 2015, the teenager had her own spread in Seventeen Magazine and she's barely recognizable.

Since leaving Desperate Housewives, she has appeared in a few Disney Channel productions. In 2016, she starred in a movie titled Caged No More, and she's been cast for a voice role in the upcoming film Gnome Alone.

The actress has a few more projects up her sleeve, but she's keeping them on the down low for now.
