They say it takes a village to raise a child, but at what point does the village's opinions of that child's upbringing cross the line?
A school in Portugal took it upon themselves to outline the responsibilities of a parent in raising well behaved children.
They posted the message in its halls and now it's spreading like wildfire. It appears that the school has had enough of bad manners and wants parents to step up their game.
