If you need any more proof that this is a buyer's market, you can now pick up a mansion on a 10-acre lot for less than a family-size bucket of KFC.

Well, there's only one property you can get such an incredible deal on, but you still have a chance.

An anonymous couple have come up with an unusual way of selling their dream home. Instead of putting their $4 million lot on the market, they're raffling off tickets for the home at just $14.50 a ticket.

The property in question is a four bedroom mansion in Tiverton, England, that's stuffed to the gills with incredible features.

The current owners designed and built the home in the '90s, but "don't want the hassle" of moving out. Aside from their clothes, photos, and a handful of other possessions, the home is being sold as-is.

"We've had some wonderful times in the house, which we designed and built ourselves," the owners say. "However, we have two grandchildren who live four hours drive away and we want to be closer to them."

That means appliances, a Rolls Royce, and a fully-stocked wine cellar are all part of the deal.

And that's just the beginning of what the incredible property has to offer.

The mansion has a separate living space inside, which is promoted as an "in-law apartment" or "granny pad."

The home is also a golf-lover's dream, because the 10-acre plot features a three-green course where you can hone your skills.

Inside the home, you'll find a personal library, kitchen, a breakfast room with its own kitchen, and a walk-in freezer.

There are also other buildings on the property, including a leisure center with a pool, a "summer house," and a barn. Equipment for that barn, including a tractor and a quad bike, are also thrown in with the home.

The owners will even cover the costs of a gardener and housekeeper for year as part of the raffle.

Plus, the home features a working security system, including electric gates, a CCTV system, and alarms. Oh, and it includes a $70,000 cash prize.

We know what you're thinking: what's the catch? Well, the raffle system is a deal for you, but a steal for the owners. The home is only given away if they sell 500,000 tickets, which would net $7.3 million for them.

If less than 500,000 tickets are sold, a cash prize is given out instead. Still, there are also nine runner-up prizes of $14,000, and $2.75 from each ticket goes to charities like the Make-A-Wish foundation.

You can buy a ticket at the Millionaire Mansion website, but you must be a permanent resident of England, Wales or Scotland to qualify.

$14 for all that? Imagine what you could get for $20!
