- 1 (12.1 oz) box refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 8 cups finely diced apples
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place one of your pie crusts into a rectangle baking sheet and shape it so it goes up the edges. Use the other pie crust and cover the other half of the baking sheet. They will overlap slightly in the middle.
