He Recorded Himself Sleep-Talking And What He Captured Will Creep You Out

For years, filmmaker and editor Adam Rosenberg's friends have told him that he talks in his sleep. He decided to hear for himself just what was being said during his middle-of-the-night ramblings, so he recorded himself every night for a year.

What Rosenberg heard were some pretty strange ramblings and a few creepy voices. His handheld Zoom H4n audio recorder captured some pretty creepy conversations that he later put into this short film.

The kind of sleep talking that you hear is called "somniloquy" - a kind of abnormal sleep behavior. It's not really clear if this is related to dreaming because it seems to happen during every stage of sleep.

If you think it's creepy, just imagine waking up to this in the middle of the night!
