His Friend Was Refused Lunch, What He Did Next Was Inspiring

Watching your friends get denied lunch because they don't have enough money is hard for anyone, but this third grader decided to take matters into his own hands and actually help out. Cayden Taipalus' friend had been refused a hot lunch because there was no money in his account and he was not happy about it.

When he arrived at home he told his mother about the situation and asked if there was anything he could do to help. She helped him create a fundraising website called "Pay It Forward: No Kid Goes Hungry" which he hoped would pay off the debts of his friends.

While his website started to collect funds, he went around and collected recycling to return and earn a little bit of money himself. He managed to pay off the debts of many children in the school but it didn't stop there.

Since the start of his program he has managed to raise nearly $7000 to purchase the lunches for over 300 students. His goal is to never let a child be denied hot lunch ever again. Needless to say his mother is very proud, saying that "he is only 8 years and and to grasp the concept around this is just amazing in my eyes. He has a heart of gold."

This is one of the most generous kids I've ever heard of!
