Talk about planning in advance! Timothy started planning his proposal THREE YEARS before he actually did it! It was an elaborate plan that he put into motion only a week after their first date.

Timothy and Candice started dating and while they lived close together they decided they wanted something tangible as evidence of their time together.

"Tim and I didn't live far away from each other but we sent letters because the idea of having our hearts poured out in the form of paper meant we had tangible memories to look back on," Candice told the Daily Mail.

Timothy took Candice on a surprise vacation to Hamilton Island where they had their first date. She said when she woke up there were instructions to come into the room and when she did there were rose petals and candles all over the room. "My heart skipped a beat and I knew it was coming," Candice said.

He then pulled out all the letters he had written her over the years and together they read through all their memories. But once they finished, he asked her to look down at them and she realized they contained a secret message.

Timothy is apparently the king of romantic gestures. At their wedding, he surprised Candice by playing a secret song he had written to her two months after they started dating! Is he straight out of a movie?
