Emma Lawton was just 29-years-old when she was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
It is a difficult diagnosis for anyone to get, but for a graphic designer - whose career is totally dependent on total control of motor function - this was devastating for Emma.
Over the past three years, her tremors have become more pronounced. Her hands shake so much now that she can't write or draw straight lines.
