The Duggars are nothing if not controversial. The family rules are often criticized for being too harsh, too modest, or just plain weird.

Because of their fame, the Duggar family is also subjected to extreme criticism on social media. One time, Jessa Duggar's son wasn't wearing shoes in a picture and people accused her of being a bad mother.

Then, Jill and her husband were criticized for falsely advertising their qualifications during a mission trip.

But now, it's the most recently married Duggar daughter that is facing heat for her life choices. Joy-Anna Duggar married Austin Forsyth in May 2017, just four months after they announced their engagement.

While the timing may not seem too suspect, people began to speculate. The original date of the wedding was October 28th, so why feel the need to move it up? Just three months after her wedding, Joy-Anna announced she and Austin were expecting their first child. People were thrilled, but the picture she posted did not quell any rumors at all.

If Joy-Anna got pregnant on her wedding night, she would be 14 weeks, 5 days pregnant in this picture. Her bump garnered a lot of attention, as people noticed it was larger than a normal 3-month baby bump. This could only mean one thing: Joy-Anna and Austin got pregnant before their wedding, and that's why it had to be moved.

"I did the math and they have been married 15 weeks," one fan wrote. "If she is not carrying twins then I would say its a safe bet that baby Forsyth was conceived out of wedlock."

Then, another photo of Joy-Anna surfaced when she was believed to be five months (20 weeks) pregnant.

Dr. Sean Henry, a gynecologist, said something doesn't add up with the picture.

"She looks around 24 weeks pregnant," he said. People were quick to discount his opinion, as he's not Joy-Anna's actual doctor.

However, the most recent photo of the expecting mom and her hubby just adds fuel to the fire. Family friend, Ashley Salye, posted pictures of an event some of the Duggars were attending. What caught everyone's attention was the size of Joy-Anna's baby bump.

At this point, Joy-Anna is apparently six months pregnant, but many fans were quick to notice her belly looks much larger than that. Of course, Joy-Anna could be having twins. But there has not been an official announcement, and the Duggars are usually eager to share any baby news they have.

"If she got pregnant on her wedding night she would be 25 weeks pregnant," one user noted. "That does not look like a woman 25 weeks pregnant with her first child. I would wager we're going to hear about a premature baby who is miraculously 8+ lbs at birth."

But other moms were quick to jump to Joy-Anna's defense.
