Justin Timberlake broke the law in Tennessee on Monday when he posted this selfie on Instagram.
The picture shows Timberlake in the polling room where he just voted. Problem is, Tennessee law prohibits people from taking pictures in the polling stations. Whoops.
The law was passed last year so it's possible JT just didn't know about it. His case is currently "under review" according to the Distract Attorney's office. If he's convicted of the crime, Timberlake could face up to 30 days in jail and a $50 fine. Something tells me he can afford the 50 bucks.

The election board doesn't seem too upset, however. An official from the board where Timberlake voted said they are completely against prosecution for the superstar, saying he should be commended, not prosecuted, for inspiring people to get out and vote.
What do you think? Should Justin Timberlake be prosecuted?
