Throughout all of her pregnancies the Duchess of Cambridge has stayed true to her chic sense of style and has sported belted coats and empire-waist dresses that flatter her growing baby bump.  

While she battled severe morning sickness with all three of her pregnancies, the Duchess didn't miss a beat while stepping out into the spotlight sporting a wardrobe that any pregnant woman would be jealous of.
