I don't know about you, but when it's hot outside I have no desire to turn on the oven, let alone do any baking! If you find yourself avoiding the kitchen on those hot, sticky days, then this is the perfect dessert for you! This no-bake pie is creamy, cool and refreshing and has just the right amount of Kool-Aid flavor. What's fun about this recipe is that you can use different kool-aid flavors each time you make it.
- 1 graham cracker crust (homemade or store bought)
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
- 1 package Kool-Aid drink mix (flavor of your choice)
- 2 cups graham crackers
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
If making your own crust, mix together graham crackers, sugar and butter in a bowl.
Pour mixture into pie pan and flatten to create the bottom crust for the pie.
In another bowl mix together sweetened condensed milk and Kool-Aid packet. Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Place in fridge for 4 hours or in freezer until set and ready to serve.
