Nature is full of some pretty remarkable things. There are beautiful animals, stunning landscapes and breathtaking events that occur in our world. But what about on a smaller scale?
Monkey Orchids are perhaps one of the coolest plants I have ever seen. They are these amazing flowers that all vary in colors and style but the one thing they have in common is that they all look like they have little faces!
These orchids were only names in 1978, by a botanist named Luer. There are over 120 different species, most of which are found in Ecuador.
Have you ever seen something like this before? Probably not in person at least. They are rare to find "in captivity" so you will need to take a trip to find some.
