But they can get pretty pricey, and honestly they're full of preservatives. So how can you enjoy a delicious Big Mac without breaking the bank?
Don't worry, we've got you covered! Here's a copy-cat Big Mac recipe for you...complete with special sauce! Now you can enjoy these delicious burgers knowing exactly where everything is coming from!
FOR THE SAUCE
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp French dressing
- 4 tsp Sweet pickle relish
- 1 tbsp finely minced White onion
- 1 tsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Salt
FOR THE ASSEMBLY
- 2 beef patties of your choice
- 2 slices of American cheese
- shredded lettuce
- chopped onions
- bread and butter pickles
DirectionsCombine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well.
Place sauce in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight, so that the flavors blend. Stir the sauce a couple times as it chills.
Assemble the burger: bun, sauce, onions, lettuce, cheese, patty, bun, sauce, onions, lettuce, pickles, cheese, patty, bun.
