How Will Meghan Markle React To Seeing Harry's Ex At In-Laws Royal Wedding?

Daily Mail

Every woman wants their wedding day to be just perfect. Surrounded by family and friends, it should be the happiest day of their life because they get to share it with the ones that they love.

This is probably why there has been so much talk about who gets to appear on the upcoming guest list for Prince Harry's and Meghan Markle's wedding.

Now, we have another wedding to look forward to for 2018, and this one is also going to be turning heads, if only for the drama that may occur.

Princess Eugenie announced her engagement to Jack Brooksbank recently, and while they haven't set a date, we already know there will be some interesting table talk when the future Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrive to take part in the ceremony.

This is thanks to one name in particular on the guest list, Cressida Bonas, a.k.a. Prince Harry's former lover.

The situation itself is likely unavoidable, without some careful maneuvering by the royals. But honestly, that might make it even more awkward.

Bonas is a close, personal friend of Princess Eugenie, and is expected to play a big role in the proceedings.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will of course be in attendance, and everyone is wondering how the couple will handle themselves in the presence of the last woman who could have been the Duchess of Sussex.

The day after they announced their engagement, Bonas posted a cryptic (and very passive aggressive) message on her Instagram, hinting at remaining animosity between her and Prince Harry.

It won't be the only awkward encounter though. The reunion may be overshadowed by the attendance of Sarah, Duchess of York, Princess Eugenie's mother.

In 1992, she was ostracized from the royal family after paparazzi photographed her bathing topless, with her financial adviser sucking her toes.

Sarah previously had to miss Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding, due to her rocky relationship with Prince Philip, who has refused to see her.

However, that may change when she attends her daughter's wedding, and we are all on the edge of our seats to see just how the royal wedding drama will unfold!
