New Starbucks Drinks Will Help You Stay Cool While Helping Charity

It goes without saying that Lady Gaga is one of the best entertainers our generation has seen. There's practically nothing the Joanne singer can't do, from nabbing the number one position on charts worldwide to winning multiple awards including 6 Grammys and a Golden Globe for her brilliant role in American Horror Story.

Asides from being a popstar, Lady Gaga is also known for her philanthropic efforts. The singer started the Born This Way Foundation to empower youth and help them create a "kinder and braver" world filled with love and acceptance.

Over the years, Lady Gaga has collaborated with many companies and other celebrities to help her cause and she's just recently announced another exciting partnership.

The singer has joined forces with Starbucks to create a line of drinks that will help spread the "be kind" message while benefiting charity.

Starting June 13 through Monday, June 19, Starbucks will donate 25 cents from each Cups of Kindness beverage sale to the Born This Way Foundation.

The special collection features 4 iced beverages handpicked by Lady Gaga herself. While two of the drinks have been on the menu for sometime, the remaining two are brand new.

"I adore the entire collection and I instantly fell in love with the Matcha Lemonade," Gaga said.

Starbucks has committed to donating at least $250,000 to the Born This Way Foundation. The funds raised from the sale of the Cups of Kindness collection will go towards "programs that support youth wellness and empowerment by fostering kindness, improving mental health resources, and creating more positive environments."

"We're healthier and happier when we live our lives with compassion and our communities are stronger when we treat one another with generosity and respect," said Lady Gaga. "Born This Way Foundation and I are so excited to partner with Starbucks to help inspire positivity and love through the Cups of Kindness collection."

The refreshing summer-inspired drinks are non-dairy and come in an array of bright colors. A grande will only set you back 150 calories so you can try each of the flavors without reservations.
