Nick Offerman sans mustache teamed up with Funny or Die to make the only exercise video I ever want to watch ever again. To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the President's Council on Fitness, Sports & Nutrition , and the #0to60 campaign Michelle Obama decided that a silly video would be the best way to try and encourage people to get up and move. It might even work, because this video is incredible.
I really don't think Ron Swanson would find this even half as entertaining as I did, but the man knows how to make people laugh and that is all that matters.
Offerman's lovely wife Megan Mullally joins in the fun, posing as a 1960s nurse to get him set up on a trend that looks incredibly painful. Well, maybe not as painful as crunches but still looks like a torture device.
I think the best part was when he tries out the 80s style thigh master, complete with bright pink tights and leotard. He has the same reaction as any normal person would have when put in the same situation.
So if you are going to live a healthy life, maybe make sure you don't just use the trendy new way and do what works best for you body!
