Paul Walker's daughter has settled a lawsuit with Porsche over her father's November 2013 death.

Meadow Walker and Porsche reached a private resolution in her wrongful death lawsuit on Oct. 16, for an undisclosed amount, according to documents reported by The Blast. Following the settlement, both parties are requesting for the court case to be dismissed.

In a separate lawsuit, Paul Walker's father also reached a settlement against the car manufacturer.

The late actor was 40-years-old when he tragically died in a car accident in Santa Clarita, Calif. He was a passenger in a Porsche Carrera GT when the vehicle crashed into a telephone pole and exploded.

The driver, Roger Rodas, also passed away in the high-speed crash.

The lawsuit was filed against Porsche in 2015, claiming the luxury car company hadn't installed the necessary safety features in the vehicle.

According to the documents, the suit asserts Porsche was aware the Carrera GT "had a history of instability and control issues," alleging the seat belt, "snapped Walker's torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis."

It also claims Paul Walker initially survived the fiery crash, but was trapped by his seat belt and unable to escape.

Meadow Walker settled another suit with Rodas' estate for $10.1 million in April 2016.

Her lawyer, Jeffrey Milam, told E! News: "The amount paid by the estate of Roger Rodas into a trust for Meadow Walker only covers a fraction of what her father would have earned as an international movie star had his life not been cut short."

"Through his estate, Mr. Rodas, the driver of the car, took partial responsibility for the crash," he said.

As Paul Walker's only child, Meadow Walker inherited her father's entire estate, worth $25 million.
