Move over pecan pie, a new king is in town! These Pecan Pie Muffins taste exactly like pie, but they’re in deliciously convenient muffin-form!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • ⅔ cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 whole pecans for decoration

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Mix sugar, flour and chopped pecans together, in separate bowl beat butter and eggs until creamy, stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
  3. Spoon batter into muffin tin and bake for 15-18 minutes.
  4. Cool and enjoy!
