Peppermint Lavender Whipped Body Butter Will Help Restore Moisture to Dry, Lackluster Skin

There's no need to buy expensive creams when you can make your own moisturizer at home! This Peppermint Lavender Whipped Body Butter can be used anywhere on your body that's in need of some extra moisture love. However, we don't suggest using it on your face unless you stick to using very light and non-greasy ingredients.

This Whipped Body Butter is so light and creamy that you might find yourself tempted to take a bite! We recommend storing this butter in a cool place to prevent it from melting, like the refrigerator, but any cool place will work. For our butter we used peppermint and lavender essential oils, but you can use any oils/fragrances that you like!

Stop the mixer, scrape down the sides of the bowl, and then bring the mixer up to high speed. Whip the butter for five to ten minutes, or until it becomes thicker, light in color, and very fluffy.

Transfer the mixture to jars and let it set at room temperature for several hours or in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes.
