Philly Cheese Steak Bites Are What’s For Dinner Tonight

These have all the flavor of a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich in one tasty bite! If you somehow find that you have leftovers, they can be warmed up later, but these bites definitely taste the best warm and fresh out of the oven.

Ingredients:

  • 1 green pepper
  • ½ onion
  • 2 tbsp butter, divided
  • 5 oz thinly sliced roast beef
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1 package (10 count) Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
  • ¼ cup olive oil

Directions:

Dice green pepper and onion.

Cook diced green peppers and onions over medium heat with 1 tbsp butter until onions are browned and green peppers are softened.]

Fry with 1 tbsp butter until edges are a little crispy.
