This Raspberries & Cream Overnight Oats is made the night before so that you can spend your morning getting ready for the day ahead! There's lots of healthy additions in this, but these jars pack some big flavor! You can even take these on the go in little mason jars, or enjoy in the comfort of your home in a bowl.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
  • Raspberry jam as sweetener

Directions:

Stir together the oats, salt and chia seeds in a tupperware container or mason jar.

Add the yogurt over top, then add the fruit.

Finally, add the milk. Stir everything together, put the lid on and shake the jar, then refrigerate overnight. The next morning, stir and enjoy! Depending on your yogurt and milk of choice, you may wish to add sugar or your favorite sweetener, and you can add this at any time.
