We are sad to announce that Bernard Fox, lovable actor from many classic shows including Bewitched and Hogan's Heroes has passed away at age 89.
He suffered from heart failure on Wednesday at a Los Angeles hospital. He will be remembered for his impressive collection of works spanning several decades.
Fox had been acting since 1955 when he started out in a TV series called Sixpenny Corner. He was featured on the Dick Van Dyke Show a few times before joining Hogan's Heroes as Colenel Crittendon for several episodes.
He simultaneously would guest star on Bewitched as Dr. Bombay, a recurring character who appeared in 19 episodes.
He has also been in two separate movies about the Titanic. The obvious one, the 1997 movie where he played Col. Archibald Gracie, as well as a part in the 1958 movie called "A Night to Remember" where he was the sailor who yells "Iceberg's dead ahead, sir!"
He was a fantastic actor and we will miss him!
