Fudge is one of those things that really is always amazing. This Salted Caramel Pretzel Fudge is no exception. It's sweet, it's salty, it's everything you could possibly want in a snack!

- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pretzels
- 25 caramels
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 16 whole pretzels to garnish (or more depending on the size of your pan)
- Sea salt for garnish
Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment and grease the edges and bottom.
In a microwave safe bowl add your chocolate chips with the sweetened condensed milk and melt, stirring every 30 seconds or so until it is all melted.
Add in the vanilla and the chopped pretzels and fold in.
In another microwave safe bowl add your caramels and heavy cream and melt, once again stirring every once and a while so it doesn't burn.
Add in the sea salt and stir it in.
Spread about half of the chocolate fudge mixture into the pan, flattening it out with a spatula.
Pour the melted caramel over top and spread it to the edges.
Then add the rest of the chocolate fudge on top and spread it out.
Line the top with pretzels.
Sprinkle on some sea salt.
Chill for 3-4 hours then pull it out of the baking pan and slice it up!
