By themselves these chewy cheese treats are super addictive, but adding beer and deep frying these guys takes this to a new level of can’t live without them!
Chewy and gooey on the inside and fried up crispy on the outside, simply put a bowl of these down and in no time you're guests will be begging for more!
- 5 ounces beer
- 5 ounces pancake mix
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 ½ lbs cheese curds
- oil (for frying)
- Make sure the cheese curds are at room temperature.
- Mix beer, pancake mix, salt, and egg.
- Dip curds in batter and drop one at a time into heated oil (425-450F). Fry for about 1 minute or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towel.
