There really isn't anything better than a milkshake. They are creamy and cold perfection and nothing can really top their delicious flavor.

These Skinny Frosty Shakes are great because not only do they taste great, but they are a lot better for your than your usual milkshake. They have WAY less calories while still holding onto all that flavor! Give it a try!

Ingredients:

  • 1 c almond milk
  • 15 ice cubes
  • 1/2 t vanilla extract
  • 1-2 T cocoa powder
  • 1/3 of a banana

Directions:

Start by adding your almond milk to your blender.

Then add in the ice and top with vanilla.

Pour in your cocoa powder and add in the banana.

Blend until ice is crushed smooth.
