Is there anything better than a crisp? This Slow Cooker Cranberry Apple Crisp is the perfect mixture of sweet and tart, that you are going to adore.

Perfect for a chilly day to snuggle up and eat a toasty bowl of this yummy treat! The best part? It gets made in the slow cooker so you don't have to watch it all day! Just set it up and in no time you will have some amazing treats!

For the topping

  • 1 1/4 cups all-pupose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

For the filling

  • 3 lbs baking apples, cored, peeled and diced (large)
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

In a medium sized bowl stir together your flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add the melted butter and combine it until the mixture becomes crumbly.

Grease your slow cooker.

Mix your apples, cranberries, sugar, flour, cinnamon and lemon juice together in a large bowl before adding it into the slow cooker.

Spread it out evenly in the slow cooker before sprinkling the crumble topping over the entire thing.

Use a cotton towel to cover the slow cooker and then top it with the lid.

Cook on high for 1 1/2 hours or low for 2 1/2 hours.

Take the lid off and remove the towel, and let the crisp continue cooking uncovered until the topping is firm and the fruit is tender.
