We've all wanted to give bad drivers a piece of our mind once or twice, so just imagine how fed up Indiana state trooper Seargeant John Perrine must be when he catches drivers not following the rules of the road.
To help keep his streets safe, Perrine has taped his own public safety announcement about an "incredible" feature that will "prevent crashes, but also prevent road rage a little bit": the turn signal.
