  • ¾ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
  • ¼ teaspoon lime juice
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper, or to taste

Directions:

Finely dice the red onion and add to a bowl.
