Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs Are Your New Favorite Treat

You're going to stick out at your next summer get-together because of these Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs. They're easy to make, leave almost no mess and have all the Strawberry Shortcake flavor you love.

Summer is a super busy time, and we don't always get to sit down and enjoy the treats we love the most. That's where these kabobs come in! Take your snack with you and there's no stopping you from indulging!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Cake Mix
  • 2 Tsp Butter
  • 1 1/3 Cups Of Water
  • 3/4 Cups Of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Pints Strawberries
  • 2 Cups Chocolate Chips (1 White 1 Milk Chocolate)
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • Skewers

Directions:

Mix together cake mix, butter, water, and vanilla yogurt in a bowl.

Once blended spread into a 9" x 13" baking pan and bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.

Cut the cake into 2" cubes, and cut the leafy ends off your strawberries.

In 2 separate bowls mix together chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave and stir until blended.
