But Australian chef and mother of two Taline Gabriel makes healthy food that defies all your expectations. The blogger and store owner who became famous for her healthy takes on snacks like Mars bars is an online celebrity, with more than 450,000 Instagram followers and the world's most popular food app.
Fans of her cookbook, website and app - all called Hippie Lane - are used to seeing her colorful dishes, but if this is your introduction to her prepare to be blown away.
Gabriel's smoothies and other treats look indulgent, but they're all made with natural ingredients.
The chef grew up obsessed with sugar-filled foods like Nutella, but later found she had a sensitivity to refined sugar.
Now, all of her foods feature tasty ingredients like chocolate, berries and fresh fruit, but no gluten, eggs, dairy or refined sugar.
"I experimented with recipes and tweaked some of my classic favorites to include more nutrient dense vegetables and gains," she writes, "and was surprised how satisfying and delicious healthy can be."
We haven't sampled her homemade vegan Twix bars yet, but if they taste as good as her Instagram pictures look, they're sure to be a hit!
