It's like a cold, sweet and creamy cinnamon bun that just slides down your throat. I love cinnamon rolls to begin with, but when you make it extra healthy, refreshing, and totally guilt free? Yes, please!
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 frozen banana
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
