This Caramel Apple Smoothie is amazing and you are going to love to make this any time of the day! It's a pretty versatile recipe. If you want to you can add some protein powder to make it a bit more filling, but even without it, it's guaranteed to become one of your new favorites!
- 3/4 cup milk (regular or almond if you prefer)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped into small chunks
- 1 tbsp sugar-free caramel syrup + extra for garnish
- 2 cups ice cubes
Add your milk to a blender with your apple juice and apples.
Add in your caramel syrup.
Then add in the ice.
Blend it until your ice smooth and pour it into a glass. Serve it with a little bit of extra caramel drizzled on top for extra flavor and enjoy!
