In 1966, four U.S. Marines, fresh out of basic training posed for a picture on a beach in California.
The young men Bob Falk, Dennis Puleo, Tom Hanks and Bob DeVenezia and this photo was one of the last to be taken before they were deployed into the Vietnam War.
Time and the war separated these men for nearly 50 years.
But not even time can diminish the strength of their brother-bond! Sure the beach is different, the surfboard is new, but the sentiment is still the same. Once brothers-in-arms, always brothers-in-arms!
