Give Your Fruit Salad a Boozy Kick for Summer!

I absolutely love fruit salad...but I had never tried a boozy fruit salad until now! It's fresh, fruity, fun and totally refreshing. It's perfect for all your spring and summer snacking. Once you try it you'll be hooked!

Ingredients

  • 1 c. pineapple chunks
  • 1 c. mango chunks
  • 1 c. strawberries, halved or quartered
  • 1 c. kiwi sliced

  • 1/3 c. roasted coconut chips
  • 1/2 c. Malibu Rum
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. poppy seeds

Directions

  1. Chop your kiwis, mango, strawberries, and pineapple. Add to a bowl.
  2. Mix the Malibu Rum, lime juice and poppy seeds in a small bowl and pour over top of your fruit.
  3. Add the roasted coconut chips to the bowl and mix. Enjoy!
