Licensing Agreement between undersigned and Shared, the company that owns and manages Shared.com.

The undersigned hereby grants to Shared, and its successors, licensees and assigns, a non-exclusive license to use any material submitted to Shared now or in the future (collectively, the “Materials”) for use or possible use on Shared.com (“Site”) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The license granted here under includes the perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right to edit, reproduce, use, license, print, publish, promote, distribute and otherwise exploit the “Materials” in connection with the Site, or in any other manner and in any medium or forum, whether now known or hereafter devised, which is related to or derivative of the Site in any way, and said license will be free and clear of any and all claims for royalties, residuals, or other compensation. Shared shall have the sole right to determine the manner in which the Materials shall be used pursuant to this Agreement, and Shared shall not be obligated to use the Materials. Shared agrees that it will use its best efforts to give proper attribution to the Author each time the Materials are used.

Furthermore you agree you are being provided valuable consideration in the form of variable exposure, implied promotion, and in some cases back linking, all to various degrees subject to change; that you agree to indemnify and hold Shared harmless for any acts, errors, or omissions on your part; that Shared may remove your content at any time and for any reason; and that Shared reserves the right to not publish any material deemed to be unfit for publication by its own terms, which are subject to change
